A Journey Through Albert Facey Country and the Southern Wheatbelt

Discover the heart of Western Australia’s Wheatbelt on this four-day journey, staying three nights in Narrogin. Travel through Pinjarra and Dwellingup and on into farming country, where you will visit the Albert Facey Homestead in Wickepin, follow the quirky Tin Horse Highway to Kulin and explore the Wagin Historical Village and the famous Giant Ram. Walk among the wildlife and birdlife of Foxes Lair and meet some of Western Australia’s rarest native animals after dark at Barna Mia in Dryandra Woodland. This tour offers a wonderful mix of country history, local stories and wildlife, with a farewell lunch at the Williams Woolshed on the way home.
