Finish with Northam touring and a friendly farewell lunch.
Itinerary
Day 1. Perth to York (LD)
We collect you from home and travel east to Mundaring Weir’s No 1 Pump Station, with time to view local works at the nearby gallery. Continue to Chidlow for lunch at the Chidlow Tavern, then on to York to check in and settle before dinner.
Overnight each night: Settlers House, York
Day 2. York museums and Christmas in July (BLD)
Explore the Residency Museum, then enjoy classic machines at the York Motor Museum. Call at The York Mill Outback Store before lunch at the Imperial Homestead. Take a short drive to Mount Brown for views, then enjoy free time before a festive Christmas in July dinner.
Day 3. Toodyay, emu farm and Northam (BD)
Begin at Connor’s Mill, then continue to the Newcastle Gaol Museum to learn about Toodyay’s past, including Moondyne Joe. Browse the Christmas 360 shop, then visit the world’s oldest emu farm. Return via Northam for local sights before dinner.
Day 4. Homeward via Mundaring and Gidgegannup (BL)
Travel to Mundaring Sculpture Park for morning tea, then call at Gidgegannup’s pub museum. Share a farewell lunch at the Parkerville Tavern before returning to Perth, where we see you home safely.
