Itinerary
Day 1. Perth to Bremer Bay (D)
We collect you from home and travel south through the Wheatbelt. Morning tea is served at the Williams Woolshed before we continue through Katanning and Borden, arriving in Bremer Bay—a coastal gem surrounded by spectacular beaches and unique native flora.
2 nights: Bremer Bay Resort, Bremer Bay
Day 2. Bremer Bay Discovery (BLD)
This morning, explore Bremer Bay’s natural beauty and peaceful pace of life. At the Wellstead Homestead, step back in time through their self-guided museum of early settler life. After a light lunch, enjoy a casual afternoon in town with a stop at the General Store or the local brewery for a treat.
Day 3. Bremer Bay to Esperance (BD)
Today we journey eastward along the coast to Esperance, stopping at Jerramungup for a unique op shop visit and morning tea. After a relaxed lunch in Ravensthorpe, we make our way into Esperance and settle in for a comfortable evening by the sea.
3 nights: Hospitality Inn, Esperance
Day 4. Recherche Archipelago Cruise (BD)
A highlight of the tour, today we join the Woody Island Eco Tour and cruise through the beautiful Recherche Archipelago. Keep an eye out for sea eagles, seals, and dolphins as you explore this island paradise. After returning to town, enjoy lunch at your leisure before a visit to Cindy Poole’s Glass Gallery and a browse of local boutiques.
Day 5. Cape Le Grand and Local Icons (BLD)
This morning we venture into Cape Le Grand National Park, home to Lucky Bay and some of Australia’s most scenic coastline. Visit Esperance Stonehenge, enjoy olive tastings and morning tea at Yirri Grove, and then relax over a buffet lunch at the Esperance Bird & Animal Park. In the afternoon, uncover local stories at the Historical Museum Village.
Day 6. Ravensthorpe, Hopetoun & Hyden (BD)
After breakfast, we follow the coast to Hopetoun via the dramatic landscapes of Fitzgerald River National Park. Stop for morning tea at Barons Beach and enjoy lunch in Hopetoun before travelling inland. Visit the silo art in Ravensthorpe and take a break in Lake King before arriving at Hyden, home of the incredible Wave Rock.
Overnight: Wave Rock Motel, Hyden
Day 7. Wave Rock to Perth (BL)
Start the day with a visit to the iconic Wave Rock and enjoy morning tea at the on-site café. Later, enjoy a farewell lunch at the charming Bedford Arms Hotel in Brookton before returning to Perth, where your courtesy vehicle will deliver you safely home.

Designed for travellers with lower mobility who can manage everyday movement independently. You must be able to embark and disembark coaches, trains, and other transport via steps, carry your own luggage, and walk short distances. Stairs may be encountered at times. Walking aids (sticks and walkers) are welcome. Travellers who bring a companion to help provide assistance may find these holidays suitable.

For travellers who walk confidently and unaided. In addition to Relaxed requirements, expect guided walking tours that may include gentle inclines and stair climbs, some longer days, and multiple hotel changes. Access to accommodation may involve stairs, short walks to facilities, and showers over baths. Walking sticks are welcome unless the tour includes overnight rail or cruising—please check with staff.

For travellers comfortable with full sightseeing days. Building on Moderate requirements, these tours feature more activities, extended periods of standing and walking, and nature-based excursions. You must be able to walk confidently over uneven surfaces at a steady pace, and negotiate busy transport terminals. Expect feature walks for up to 3 hours, and activities that may include small aircraft, vehicles, vessels and watercraft. Not suitable for travellers requiring walking aids or assistance from others.

Requires good general fitness. Excursions will be over more difficult terrain and require a certain level of agility. You will be required to walk confidently for up to 3 hours over uneven surfaces including soft sand, rocky surfaces and creek crossing. Some itineraries will explore remote locations. Building on Highly Active requirements, these tours involve full days of physical activity in remote or rugged locations that may be difficult to access.
