Itinerary
Day 1. Perth to Albany (D)
Let the Easter holiday celebrations begin as we collect you for your southern adventure. Journey through the heart of the Wheatbelt, stopping in Williams for morning tea and in Kojonup to visit Kodja Place and Interpretive Centre. On arrival in Albany, settle in for a relaxing evening and unpack for your five-night stay.

Day 2. National Anzac Centre (BD)
Begin your day with breathtaking views from Mount Clarence before exploring the Princess Royal Fortress. Discover the stories of Australia’s servicemen and women at the interactive National Anzac Centre, followed by visits to the Museum of the Great Southern and the Albany Convict Gaol for an insight into local history.
Day 3. Easter Sunday Albany Cruise (BLD)
Happy Easter! This morning, optional transport is available for those wishing to attend a local church service. Later, step aboard the Silver Star for a relaxing cruise of King George Sound, enjoying lunch on board and stunning views of Albany’s coast and heritage sites. The afternoon is yours to explore the town at your own pace.
Day 4. Denmark and Greens Pool (BLD)
Head west to Denmark and enjoy tastings at the Good Food Factory before lunch with a view at Duckett’s Mill Wines. Indulge in chocolate and port at the Denmark Chocolate Factory, then enjoy scenic ocean views from the lookout and visit the serene, turquoise waters of Greens Pool—an unforgettable natural highlight.
Day 5. Heritage, Art & Flavours of the Porongurups (BLD)
Today’s journey begins with morning tea at Recollections of War, then continues through Mount Barker with a visit to the Old Police Station. Explore the Porongurup Ranges, where you'll admire granite outcrops and towering trees. Enjoy ice cream at the local tearooms and view local art and sculpture displays, including works by Darrel Radcliffe, before returning to Albany for your final evening.
Day 6. Albany to Perth (BL)
Depart Albany and make your way north through rich farming country. Enjoy a farewell lunch at the historic Quindanning Tavern before continuing back to Perth, where we will see you safely home.

Relaxed
Designed for travellers with lower mobility who can manage everyday movement independently. You must be able to embark and disembark coaches, trains, and other transport via steps, carry your own luggage, and walk short distances. Stairs may be encountered at times. Walking aids (sticks and walkers) are welcome. Travellers who bring a companion to help provide assistance may find these holidays suitable.

Moderate
For travellers who walk confidently and unaided. In addition to Relaxed requirements, expect guided walking tours that may include gentle inclines and stair climbs, some longer days, and multiple hotel changes. Access to accommodation may involve stairs, short walks to facilities, and showers over baths. Walking sticks are welcome unless the tour includes overnight rail or cruising—please check with staff.

For travellers comfortable with full sightseeing days. Building on Moderate requirements, these tours feature more activities, extended periods of standing and walking, and nature-based excursions. You must be able to walk confidently over uneven surfaces at a steady pace, and negotiate busy transport terminals. Expect feature walks for up to 3 hours, and activities that may include small aircraft, vehicles, vessels and watercraft. Not suitable for travellers requiring walking aids or assistance from others.

Requires good general fitness. Excursions will be over more difficult terrain and require a certain level of agility. You will be required to walk confidently for up to 3 hours over uneven surfaces including soft sand, rocky surfaces and creek crossing. Some itineraries will explore remote locations. No walkers allowed.

For travellers with a high level of fitness and previous outdoor experience. Building on Highly Active requirements, these tours involve full days of physical activity in remote or rugged locations that may be difficult to access. You must be able to walk confidently for 6 or more hours per day over multiple days while carrying a day pack and be comfortable walking in varied weather conditions. Not suitable for travellers using walking aids or requiring assistance.
