Itinerary
Day 1. Perth to Bunbury (D)
With courtesy collection from home, travel in comfort aboard our luxury coach to the South West. Begin your journey with morning tea at the delightful Amaze Miniature Park in Mandurah. Continue on to Bunbury, arriving with time to settle into your accommodation and enjoy the foreshore. In the afternoon, visit Taffys for a sweet treat before a relaxing dinner to end the day.
Overnight each night: Bunbury Hotel Koombana Bay, Bunbury
Day 2. Christmas Day Celebrations (BLD)
Merry Christmas! This morning includes optional church services or light touring. Gather for a deluxe Christmas luncheon at the beautiful Sanctuary Golf Resort, enjoying festive cheer and fine cuisine. Spend the afternoon relaxing by Koombana Bay or strolling along the beach before returning to your hotel for a light evening meal.
Day 3. Boxing Day Lunch Cruise, Collie River (BLD)
Today, step aboard for a leisurely lunch cruise along the stunning Collie River. Enjoy a delicious meal, local wine, and views of peaceful bushland. In the afternoon, journey through the Ferguson Valley to explore Gnomesville, followed by a visit to the impressive Wellington Dam and its striking wall mural.
Day 4. Bunbury History and Culture (BD)
Begin your day at the Dolphin Discovery Centre with a chance to observe Bunbury’s resident dolphins. Then tour the Bunbury Art Gallery, featuring inspiring local and contemporary artworks. After lunch at your leisure, continue to the Bunbury Museum for an insight into the city’s heritage, before viewing classic cars at the Geographe Motor Museum. Finish the day with a group dinner at a local Chinese restaurant.
Day 5. Bunbury to Perth (BL)
Feeling refreshed, it is time to return home. Travel along the scenic Harvest Highway, stopping at Harvey Cheese and a local winery for tastings. Share a final farewell lunch at the Premier Hotel before continuing to Perth, where we see you safely home.

Relaxed
Designed for travellers with lower mobility who can manage everyday movement independently. You must be able to embark and disembark coaches, trains, and other transport via steps, carry your own luggage, and walk short distances. Stairs may be encountered at times. Walking aids (sticks and walkers) are welcome. Travellers who bring a companion to help provide assistance may find these holidays suitable.

Moderate
For travellers who walk confidently and unaided. In addition to Relaxed requirements, expect guided walking tours that may include gentle inclines and stair climbs, some longer days, and multiple hotel changes. Access to accommodation may involve stairs, short walks to facilities, and showers over baths. Walking sticks are welcome unless the tour includes overnight rail or cruising—please check with staff.

For travellers comfortable with full sightseeing days. Building on Moderate requirements, these tours feature more activities, extended periods of standing and walking, and nature-based excursions. You must be able to walk confidently over uneven surfaces at a steady pace, and negotiate busy transport terminals. Expect feature walks for up to 3 hours, and activities that may include small aircraft, vehicles, vessels and watercraft. Not suitable for travellers requiring walking aids or assistance from others.

Requires good general fitness. Excursions will be over more difficult terrain and require a certain level of agility. You will be required to walk confidently for up to 3 hours over uneven surfaces including soft sand, rocky surfaces and creek crossing. Some itineraries will explore remote locations. No walkers allowed.

For travellers with a high level of fitness and previous outdoor experience. Building on Highly Active requirements, these tours involve full days of physical activity in remote or rugged locations that may be difficult to access. You must be able to walk confidently for 6 or more hours per day over multiple days while carrying a day pack and be comfortable walking in varied weather conditions. Not suitable for travellers using walking aids or requiring assistance.
