A day to reflect and pay respects at our nation’s War Memorial
What an honour to pay your respects to our service men and women ANZAC day in our nation’s capital at our most significant War Memorial. You will have the opportunity to attend the dawn service, the parade and the significant “Last Post” in the late afternoon. You will also enjoy some of Canberra’s most important attractions to celebrate our culture, our history and our Australian spirit. You will delve into our political past at the Australian Democracy Museum and visit the present-day heart of Australian politics at Parliament House. You will see our culture on display at the National Museum, delight in gardens, step back in time at Lanyard Homestead and marvel at our important role in space exploration. To make this a truly Australian tour, visit Cold Creek Station for a sheep dog demonstration and a bbq lunch.
